For most of the last 30 years, I've traveled the length and breadth of the United States for business and pleasure. During that time, I've had the privilege of enjoying hospitality at its finest.
This book is a representation of some of the palate pleasing wonders of those times.
I can assure you that some of the most interesting life experiences are enjoyed over a cup of coffee, but little did I know (at the time) that coffee could serve as an ingredient to transform food recipes to culinary delights.
As a result of my enlightenment, and after compiling, organizing and writing, this book was born.
